The Delegate Package: The Delegate Package covers access to MAE2010, including keynote speaker sessions, breakout seminars, and the exhibition hall. Coffee breaks, a buffet lunch, and a full set of conference and speaker notes are also included in the fee paid. Any additional disbursements such as accommodation, food and refreshments not included as part of the programme, telephone calls and non-scheduled leisure activities are the responsibility of the individual delegate.
Fee: A fee for each delegate of £159 (Earlybird rate) or £199 is charged to cover the Delegate Package. The total fee as stated on this contract must be paid within 15 days from the date of the signed delegate confirmation form or before the 10th November, whichever comes first. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any reservations not paid by the due date. All fees are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Substitutions/Cancellations: Upon receipt of your booking form, your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation must be received in writing to the address on the booking confirmation. The appropriate charge will apply based on the cost of the booking:
Cancellations made prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund of 80% of the booking value. Cancellations less than 21 days before the course will not be refunded but a replacement delegate may be sent.
Special Discounts: Unless otherwise stated, any discount available for an event may not be used in conjunction with special discounts which may be offered from time to time.
Miscellaneous: This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. United Media Resources Ltd (UMR Ltd) will determine the scope and the content of the conference schedule of the day and the speakers invited. UMR Ltd. reserves the right to change speakers/presentations from the published schedule up to and including the day of the event. UMR Ltd. reserves the right to change the date and/or postpone or cancel the conference without liability to the delegate’s company or individual delegate.
